We recognise that every client and their pet is unique, and we will work together to create a specific, preventative wellness programme with you. Our holistic approach ensures we focus on all aspects of your pets well-being and whilst integrating all aspects of medicine, nutrition and behaviour.
Vaccinations
We will ensure that your dog, cat or rabbit will receive the most appropriate preventative vaccination protocol for their unique lifestyle and life stage. We tailor vaccine strategies to suit your individual pet’s needs, focusing on using core vaccinations, and we base our vaccine choices on the guidelines of the WSAVA, rather than manufacturer’s recommendations.

Neutering
You can be sure Douglas, Mike, and Catherine, our highly skilled surgeons, will treat your pets as individuals and will give you the best advice depending on your pet, their age and breed, and their behaviour.
Our neutering protocol is based on all currently available information and we constantly update our practice policy based on the latest research. We aim to help you make an informed and joint decision about neutering and will guide you to supportive resources as required.

Microchipping
Did you know it is a legal requirement for puppies to be microchipped by 8 weeks of age? This is not yet a requirement for cats though just as important. Dogs and cats are often brought to the clinic, after an unwanted adventure, and it is so rewarding to be able to call an anxious owner and reunite them with their loved one. One of our indoor cats got into their friendly builder’s van and took a 10-mile ride to his home. She escaped unnoticed and spent three weeks running around Esher until the delighted owner received a call when she was found and identified by her microchip.
Parasite Control
Worms on the inside, ticks and fleas on the outside, old bugs and of late new European bugs! From the inconvenience of fleas to the potentially life-threatening lungworm infection parasite control programmes are an essential part of your pet’s routine healthcare. We are seeing a greater and greater parasite diversity in the practice as a result of travelling, more imported animals, and climate change. Our vets and nurses provide the best advice in selecting the right product from the myriad of options available.
Nurse Consults
Our nurses, Sam and Ingrid, are extremely approachable, knowledgeable and compassionate, and as a resource for our clients are a tremendous asset. Whether it’s a nurse consultation or a quick phone call they are always here for support, and there is no question or concern that is too small. They love being a part of your journey with your pet and helping keep them as healthy and happy as you would want them.
Consults include:
- Nail clips
- Nutrition and weight checks
- Parasite control
- Geriatric Care
- Puppy and kitten consults
- Basic Grooming
- Behaviour Chats
- Dental checks and tooth brushing clinics
